The Opportunity

The Treasury Executive will report to Shared Service Treasury Manager.T

The person that we are looking for must ensure the proper cash management of the subsidiaries. Giving the solutions for the necessities of the companies. Ensure the carry out of the financial politics.
We need an open-minder person, flexible and able to the team working. Good worker under pressure (closings, forecasting,)

What you'll get to do

BANK STATEMENT AND POSTING
•    To Control the correct reception and uploading in SAP of the bank statements that we receive and the management of any incidents that may arise.
•    To be an operational contact with bancs regarding bank statement management.
•    To control and posting of all the movements loaded in SAP that belong to Treasury. 
•    To ensure that the treasury accounting standards, marked by group, are complied.

OPERATIONAL:
•    To process payments, collections, payrolls, and taxes
•    To Enforce the bank conditions agreed in each case.
•    To ensure a fluent relationship with the subsidiaries.
•    To manage endorsements, guarantees, parent guarantees, …
•    To manage the relationship with external and internal audit.
•    To perform the bank reconciliations.
•    To ensure the Closings (monthly and annual).
•    To manage the Company Cards (travel, T&E, Petty cash, virtual cards,).
•    To submit the promissory notes to banks.

ANALYSIS:
•    To follow up the subsidiary’s liquidity (cash, external and internal debt).
•    To give solutions to the subsidiaries cash necessities.
•    Experience in FX Trades.
•    Forecasting.

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Experience: At least 3 years in Treasury area. Knowledge about Asian markets is a plus.
•    Knowledge about payment methods: managing corporate cards programs, virtual cards, petty cash cards, fintech solutions…
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, management, economics.)
•    Languages: Spanish and English fluent, French desirable.
•    Specific Knowledge required: SAP, Office (Excel and word mainly), SWIFT
