The Opportunity
Provide support to the EMEA Trade Marketing Manager in the coordination and execution of regional marketing plans, as well as the implementation of 360° strategies with centralized markets and clients. Contribute to the development and monitoring of key projects, ensuring alignment with the region’s strategic objectives.
What you'll get to do
- Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of regional marketing initiatives across EMEA markets.
- Collaborate in the coordination of 360° projects with centralized clients, ensuring consistent execution across all channels.
- Align with local markets to co-develop marketing plans and forecasts, integrating their specific needs into regional strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and report market data, trends, and campaign performance to guide strategic decisions.
- Act as a liaison with local markets to ensure smooth execution and alignment of plans with regional objectives.
- Ensure marketing materials and tools are regularly updated and readily available for local teams.

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, international business or related fields.
Interest in the fragrance and beauty sectors.
- Experience:
Previous experience in projects of marketing, trade marketing, or client management is a plus.
Experience in a beauty company is a plus
- Languages:
English: Advanced level or higher. Essential for daily communication.
Knowledge of French is a plus.

Specific Knowledge required:
- Understanding of the development and execution of 360° plans in alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and omnichannel strategies.
- Experience in tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data analysis and campaign tracking. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Understanding of brand management and distribution channel concepts.
