The Opportunity

Join our Safety & Regulatory Affairs team and begin your career in cosmetic product safety. As a Graduate Toxicologist, you will work closely with experienced toxicologists, regulatory specialists, and R&D teams to help ensure the safety of our fragrance, makeup, and skincare products. What you'll get to do
Safety Assessment & Toxicology Support
- Evaluate toxicological profiles of cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, and impurities, with coaching from senior toxicologist.
- Assist in conducting safety and risk assessments for finished products, integrating exposure data and regulatory requirements.
Testing & Data Interpretation
- Help define and follow up on in vitro and clinical testing performed during product development.
- Review test data and collaborate in drawing conclusions for final product safety documentation.
Regulatory Documentation & Compliance
- Contribute to drafting CPSRs and other regulatory documents in line with EU Cosmetics Regulation.
Safety Monitoring & Vigilance
- Participate in cosmetovigilance activities by analyzing reported adverse events and helping maintain product safety follow‑up.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across R&D, Packaging, Quality, and Marketing to support the safe development of new products.
- Provide general administrative and scientific support to the department as needed.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Master’s degree in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field. PhD is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); French is a plus.
- Academic experience in toxicology, risk assessment, or scientific research.
- Basic understanding of toxicology principles and ability to interpret scientific data.
- Knowledge of cosmetic regulations (e.g., EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009) is a strong plus.
- Skilled in literature search, scientific writing, and data analysis (e.g., in vitro/in vivo/in silico/clinical data…).
