Mission:
As Talent Marketing Graduate, your mission will be to help bring our employer brand to life through engaging, creative, and purpose-driven content. You will support the development and execution of communication strategies that inspire top talent to connect with our culture, values, and opportunities. Your work will directly contribute to positioning Puig as an employer of choice globally.
What you'll get to do
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Talent Marketing Graduate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, employer branding, and storytelling, with a strong eye for design and trends.
You’ll support the Talent Marketing Manager in developing and executing compelling content across multiple platforms — from LinkedIn and our Career Site to the internal communications platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping Puig’s employer brand and helping us tell our story in innovative and engaging ways.

Functions and Responsibilities:
• Support the conceptualization and production of content for our LinkedIn page, blog, and internal platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality multimedia content — including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Write engaging copy for social media posts, blog articles, and internal communications.
• Stay up to date with content and social media trends, and suggest ways to incorporate them into our strategy.
• Organize and participate in photo/video shoots to support employer branding campaigns.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders (Global Talent, Communications, External suppliers) to ensure alignment of content with Puig’s values and identity.
• Help manage and update content on our Career Site and blog.
• Provide support to the Global Talent team on various Employer Branding initiatives.
Requirements:
• A recent graduate or student in Design, Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
• A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English (Spanish, French or other languages are a plus).
• Comfortable using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
