Position Overview
The Talent Management Director leads the strategic design and execution of talent practices that drive performance, unlock potential, and fuel career progression across Puig Beauty and Fashion. This role is central to embedding a high-performance culture, enabling equitable talent decisions, and accelerating the development of high-potential talent through flagship programs, career pathways, and mobility frameworks.
Operating within the Talent Center of Excellence (COE), the role partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning and HR Technology teams to deliver Puig Beauty and Fashion’s People Strategy and shape a future-ready organization with the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Review Strategy
• Drive the annual Performance & Development (P&D) cycle.
• Build manager and HR capability to deliver meaningful and differentiated Performance evaluations, and Development and Career conversations.
• Ensure consistent implementation across markets and functions, with strong data capture to feed into Talent Review and mobility planning.
2. Talent Review & Succession Planning
• Lead Puig Beauty and Fashion’s Talent Review Process, ensuring consistent and objective assessment of performance and potential across all Markets, Brands and Functions.
• Champion an inclusive and data-informed approach to HiPo identification and succession decisions, ensuring fairness, equity, and future readiness.
• Drive the integration of talent insights into organizational reviews, headcount planning, and workforce transformation initiatives.
3. Talent Program Leadership
• Lead the design and execution of the Puig Beauty and Fashion Talent Program, ensuring consistent nomination criteria and measurable development outcomes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the program: selection, learning journey, stakeholder engagement, and post-program integration.
• Create follow-up pathways to ensure ongoing growth and retention of Talent Program alumni.
4. Career Pathways & Job Architecture
• Own the development of career pathways across core functional areas and ensure they reflect evolving business capabilities and strategic workforce needs.
• Embed these frameworks into the core HR processes, such as Performance Review, Talent Review and Organization Review to provide visibility and mobility for employees.
• Partner with HR Tech, Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition to build an integrated Talent Marketplace, improving internal fill rates and time-to-hire.
• Define KPIs and reporting models to track mobility effectiveness and ensure fair access to opportunities.
6. Talent Analytics & Strategic Insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards tracking critical metrics such as internal mobility rates, HiPo progression, succession bench strength, career velocity, and retention of key talent.
• Provide quarterly insights to the Executive team and the HR Leadership team highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities that connect performance, potential, and mobility with business strategy and growth priorities.
7. Enablement of People Leaders & HRBPs
• Create and deploy tools and learning sessions to support career conversations, performance calibrations, and development planning.
• Equip HRBPs and People Leaders with practical frameworks and toolkits to guide talent decisions.
• Provide expert guidance in complex talent scenarios such as succession transitions, high-potential retention, and performance concerns.

Education & Experience
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Planning, Performance Development, or related functions in global organizations.
Skills & Capabilities
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide talent initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strategic and creative thinker, skilled at connecting Talent, People, and Business strategies.
• Deep knowledge of performance management, succession frameworks, and career systems.
• Strong strategic, analytical and solution focused mindset, with experience in talent data interpretation and reporting.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
