The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly proactive and insightful professional to join our Strategic Planning & Analytics team at Puig. This is a pivotal role where you will directly contribute to the Puig Beauty & Fashion division's growth trajectory and competitive advantage. Reporting to the Strategic Planning Director, you will be the engine that translates market insights into executable strategy, partnering with senior leadership in defining and tracking key initiatives to shape our future.

What you'll get to do

•    Analysis and Insight: Conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and internal performance assessment to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends in the luxury & beauty industry, best practices and potential risks. 
•    Strategy Development: Partner with C-level and senior leadership to collaboratively set the organization’s long-term vision, mission, strategic goals and key initiatives. 
•    Process Management: Lead the coordination and facilitation of the Program Office for the annual strategic planning cycle (3-year business plan).
•    Implementation & goal tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed. 
•    Alignment & Collaboration: Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (brands, regions, finance) to gather essential data and ensure successful strategic execution.
•    Reporting: Create and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations and communication decks for the Executive Leadership Group and C-level stakeholders, clearly articulating strategic direction and progress.

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Proven 5-7 years of progressive experience in Management Consulting and/or Finance roles.
•    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong strategic mindset, and a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into simple, powerful narratives.
•    Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with diverse global teams.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. 
•    Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools. 
•    Proactive and self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines. 
•    Fluent in English and Spanish.
•    Experience in Beauty and/or Luxury Industry will be highly valued.
