The Opportunity

The Retail Field Executive will be a Puig ambassador at the point of sale (POS) and will be responsible for the proper execution of Retail objectives with our brands. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying and activating business opportunities, as well as contributing to a deeper understanding of the market for cross-functional teams. There will be a fundamental relational aspect with the Beauty Advisors of our clients with the aim of gaining loyal customers through the successful creation of brand ambassadors in the Spanish perfume market.

What you'll get to do

• The main responsibility will be to implement commercial agreements between Puig/Retailers and continuously seek excellence at the point of sale (POS) while safeguarding our business.
• Responsible for identifying, recommending, and arguing all opportunities at the POS, as well as all possible drivers to maximize business, aiming for points of differentiation and WOW effects for PUIG brands.
• Execute and safeguard the Perfect Shelf: involvement in space, image, environment, and location, following our agreements with the customer.
• Coordinate the physical layout of stores (space management, positions, downspouts, and custom furniture, ensuring an attractive and orderly presentation of brands according to current negotiations).
• Review that the storefront and merchandising adhere to the stipulated guidelines in the Retail Book and Merchandising.
• Clean, organize, and physically replenish products on shelves according to merchandising strategies.
• Manage and validate stock in-store (checking drawers, warehouse, stacks in the store, storefronts, etc.) to ensure efficient use of space in stores and warehouses.
• Manage and replenish Testers on the furniture of our brands.
• Manage and validate temporary spaces in-store (storefronts, animations, special exhibitions) to ensure the correct product display, ensuring sufficient inventory and testers at all times.
• Manage occasional ad-hoc activities by the door.
• Open, monitor, and close all incidents arising in the Perfect Shelf execution process.
• Collect all necessary information at the POS for later study through software platforms.
• Constantly gather market information on products, decoration, and relevant POS features.
• Ongoing training for our clients' Beauty Consultants (BC) involving perfume knowledge, new launches, product and brand awareness, promotions, and general support to ensure a positive connection with PUIG brands, thus creating loyal customers.

• Thorough awareness of the Spanish perfume market, store classification, knowledge of retailers, and buyers will be highly valued.
• Enthusiastic about the Culture of Retail Excellence.
• Detail-oriented professional with the goal of achieving distinction in daily responsibilities.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook."
