The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on Raw Material assessment, alongside data management and process streamlining, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll get to do

Raw Material Assessment: 
•    Conduct risk assessments for raw materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards 
•    Collaborate with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation and ensure material quality
•    Management of homologation 

Data Management:
•    Collect, compile, and manage regulatory data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
•    Maintain and update regulatory databases and documentation systems.

Process Streamlining: 
•    Identify and implement best practices for streamlining regulatory processes, including change control and documentation workflows.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize regulatory submissions and approvals.
•    Utilize technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual task

Experience and Competencies :

  • Familiar with EU cosmetic and Chemical regulations
  • First experience with cosmetic finished product or chemical raw materials 
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills.
  • Strong Excel skills, knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility and perseverance. 
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.


Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or a related field.

 

Languages: 

  • Spanish: Fluent                
  • English: Fluent                
  • French: is a plus
