The Opportunity

The Regulatory Affairs Graduate is responsible for formatting, assembling, and timely preparation of documents for domestic and international regulatory submissions and ensuring cosmetic product compliance with applicable regulations. 

He/She supports the regulatory team in ensuring compliance of finished cosmetic products, including labeling/packaging in line with chemical and cosmetic regulations. 

What you'll get to do

  • Formula and raw material check: verify global compliance regarding ingredients and concentrations
  • Revise and approve claims, ensuring regulatory compliance and adequate substantiation worldwide
  • Manage EU notifications (CPNP) and coordinate Product Information File creation
  • Timely prepare, review, maintain and coordinate technical product dossiers for worldwide regulatory submission (notifications, certifications, registrations…)
  • Review and answer to requests from site and worldwide costumers regarding regulatory matters
     

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • 1 year in a Regulatory Affairs position
  • Bachelor Degree (sciences)
  • Familiar with EU cosmetic regulations
  • First experience with cosmetic finished product or chemical raw materials 
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Fluency Spanish and English. French would be a plus
  • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility and perseverance
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
