The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing technical documentation for finished cosmetic products and preparing submission dossiers for international registration and notification.
What you'll get to do
- Collect and analyze technical documentation for finished cosmetic products.
- Prepare submission dossiers for international registration and notification.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Efficient and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and regulations
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is a plus.
- Familiar with EU cosmetic regulations is a plus
Languages:
- Spanish: Fluent
- English: Advanced/Intermediate
- French: is a plus
