The Opportunity

  • End to end responsibility for coordinating the development of change in existing products (reformulations, packaging design changes, text changes for legal requirements, optimizations, etc).
  • Coordinate all teams involved in the product change development to ensure availability.
  • Reporting to PLM EP Manager

What you'll get to do

  • Consolidate all updates required to reduce complexity
  • Organize and participate in multi-functional team meetings (purchasing, packaging, research, suppliers, factories and brands) to identify cost opportunities ideas.  
  • Organize and lead PLM EP meetings to ensure development of product updates. Lead minutes
  • Manage references and BOMs creation
  • Develop the project planning of all elements involving in projects and ensure planning with the rest of the teams
  • Identify risks and work with involved departments actions to avoid deviations
  • Coordinate confirmation of viability to meet availability date according to stocks and coverage
  • Report and give feedback: reporting needed to inform about the status of the projects, KPI analysis and learning
  • Calculate and report savings of Pi projects and impact in Gross Margin
  • Ensure all information is accurate: references, timing, …
  • Report to PLM EP Management of any risk or concern that could affect the availability

Experience:

  • Perfumery & Cosmetics: Executive (2-3 years)
  • Research & Development: Junior Specialist (2 – 3 years)

Education:

  • 4 or 5 years university degree

Languages:

  • Spanish: Fluent
  • English: Fluent
  • French: recommended
