The Opportunity

As a Process Automation and Advanced Reporting manager, you will help us in our goal to innovate, optimize processes, and drive efficiency through the use of automation, process mining and BI technologies.
 

What you'll get to do

  • Leading the development and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) projects
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation
  • Design, model, and implement comprehensive process mining solutions
  • Develop and execute process improvement initiatives based on process mining findings
  • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
  • Building ETL processes to help maintain the highest standards of data quality, integrity and accessibility
  • Managing a team of automation engineers providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and foster innovation
  • Acting as a Project Manager in automation and/or digitalization projects

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field
  • Experience in managing end-to-end automation/reporting projects, strong background in automating business processes using RPA and data visualization
  • Experience with UiPath and/or Power Automate
  • Experience working with different Azure products
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Ideally Python or VBScript)
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL, data analysis tools (e.g., SAP Analytics cloud, Power BI), and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
  • Spanish and English required, French would be a plus
  • Familiarity with data integration and machine learning techniques
