The Opportunity

The position serves as technical packaging specialist to generate and manage the artworks for new product launches in response to a given brief by international marketing teams or the implementation of new regulatory requirements.

The job involves using specialized software and equipment to prepare print materials for production. You will work closely with designers, printers, and marketing to ensure files are correctly formatted and printed to meet industry standards. This job requires technical knowledge in graphic design and printing processes, as well as strong attention to detail and communication skills

 
 

 

What you'll get to do

  • From a database process update the decoration documents.
  • Perform and maintenance the packaging specifications and all administrative SAP database (ECTR)
  • Modify the documents including the new legal changes taking into account regulatory constraints.
  • Advise Marketing on the viability of their designs, communicate with them (usually in English) until their final validation.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with the New Product Creation (CNP) department.
  • Participation in technical meetings (launch of the range, contact with the printers, etc.), press passing, technical point of contact for proof management
  • Manage, coordinate and administrate the necessary resources with suppliers for the correct execution of the entire production process.
  • Send to Regulatory Affairs and Laboratory to check.
  • Send the docs to the suppliers for carrying out the Approval document (BAG).
  • Validate supplier Approval documents (BAG) and update specifications.
  • Feed and update the document database.
  • Assist in production validations (BAT) at suppliers.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience:

  • Packaging and artworks process experience from the technical design to printing process.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, make up or cosmetic industry desirable.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial engineering, printing technology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in prepress software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design).
  • Understanding of printing processes, like offset Printing, Screenprinting, Stamping, Engraving, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Languages:

  • Spanish, Fluent English. French would be a plus.

 Competencies:

  • Attention to details. Work capacity and commitment. Willing to working in autonomy and to comply with internal administrative processes. Excellent communication skills.

Specific Knowledge required:

  • Interested in the Perfumery and Luxury industry.
  • Software:

Proficiency in use Microsoft Office pack.

Proficiency in Adobe pack.

Experience with SAP preferred
