The Opportunity

Support the Processes Transformation team in driving process improvement, digitalization initiatives and system deployments across Product Development and Cross-operations functions. The role will contribute to data-driven decision making, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic international environment. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Processes Transformation Director.

What you'll get to do

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate operational processes using digital tools and AI solutions.
Analyse operational data and KPIs, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for management and project teams.
Explore AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, decision-making and user experience.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and validation of new functionalities within operational systems.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Education: Degree in Business Administration / Engineering (Recently graduated).

Languages: Spanish, English and French would be a plus.

Competencies:

Good technical capabilities (at ease with new systems, data, KPIs).
Good communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Methodical and orderly person, with analytical capacity and strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Curious mindset with strong willingness to learn new technologies, systems and business processes.

Specific Knowledge required:

Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with data management.
Basic knowledge of SAP Tools and Power BI would be valuable.
Any experience/knowledge with a technical system/software.
Interest in AI tools and digital technologies.
