The Opportunity
Department: Finance/Treasury
Reports To: Operational Treasury Manager.
Job Overview/Mission: The Operational Multibanking Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day multibanking operations, with a strong focus on bank compliance (KYC), bank account lifecycle management and the administration and control of corporate card programs. The role ensures efficient coordination with banking partners, compliance with internal policies, and reliable monitoring of key operational KPIs across the Treasury function.
What you'll get to do
- Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and periodic reviews with banking partners, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Coordinate bank account openings, modifications, and closures across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Act as the main point of contact with banks for operational and administrative matters.
- Monitor, control, and report on Treasury and Multibanking department KPIs.
- Manage corporate credit card programs, including issuance, limits, renewals, cancellations, and controls.
- Oversee virtual card programs and ensure proper usage, controls, and reconciliation.
- Administer petty cash accounts and related controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank account documentation and PoA/signatory records.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Treasury policies, financial guidelines, and internal control procedures.
- Support internal and external audit requests related to multibanking and payment instruments.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control within multibanking operations.
• Provide operational support to subsidiaries and act as a key contact for day-to-day multibanking-related queries.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Treasury function.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: SAP, MS Office (particularly Powerpoint and Excel), SWIFT.
