The Opportunity
Our Carolina Herrera team is currently looking for a new team member in the marketing operational team.
As part of the team The Operational Marketing Executive facilitates the operational and strategic integration between the Carolina Herrera brand and the markets, ensuring seamless communication between the brand and the markets. They promote the brand's growth prospects in the markets.
What you'll get to do
- Contribute to the Development of the Marketing Plan for local markets:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the brand's performance in the markets to provide a starting point for discussions with product development marketing teams and assess the brand's needs.
- Monitor the brand's monthly net revenues and sales performance in the markets.
- Prepare an annual report on the brand's performance.
- Assist the brand in gathering specific market analyses on particular business issues to contribute to key marketing plan decisions.
- Manage Brand Activation at the International Level:
- Gather local marketing plans for all markets to have an overview of the brand's activities.
- Support local teams in developing and implementing their marketing plans and launch strategies, and monitor local media plans.
- Propose and coordinate tailored local projects/tactics, using a test & learn approach to be subsequently deployed in other markets.
- Ensure overall consistency of all elements of a 360° strategy (Retail, Digital, Communication, Development Teams).
- Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with all internal departments all deliverables related to marketing plans.
- Send brand communications to markets regarding marketing plans and launch plan updates.
- Ensure market alignment and proactively participate in best practices from various local initiatives.
- Market Performance Monitoring:
- Ensure monitoring and consolidation of various analyses and numerical comparisons of different markets.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- A degree Marketing, Business, or a related field. and a successful first experience in a similar position. Experience in the market is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work meticulously, be proactive, autonomous, and enjoy working in a team.
- Excellent relational and writing skills in English, and Spanish (other languages are a plus)
