The Opportunity

Reporting to the Quality Control Managers, the Junior Quality Project Auditor ensures that every internal project reference contains complete, accurate and compliant technical documentation within SAP, guaranteeing that suppliers have all necessary information to manufacture components correctly. The role contributes to the company’s Quality Assurance strategy by systematically auditing documentation, identifying gaps, and reinforcing robust project governance across the organization. This is a hands-on, detail‑oriented role ideal for a motivated young professional seeking to grow in Quality and industrial environments.

What you'll get to do

  • Perform systematic internal audits of project documentation in SAP, reviewing each reference across all brands.
  • Verify that all required documents are correctly uploaded and accessible in SAP, including:
    1. Technical specifications and drawings
    2. Panoplia / defect lists
    3. Defined critical dimensions and relevant gauges/calibers
    4. Master sample availability and validation status
    5. Any additional mandatory project documentation
  • Detect missing, outdated or inconsistent documents and record findings in a structured format.
  • Create and maintain Excel trackers to monitor compliance by reference, identifying gaps and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to request missing data, clarifications or documentation updates.
  • Request and follow up on any missing documentation from the relevant internal departments, ensuring that all required information is complete and properly uploaded into SAP.
  • Ensure suppliers have all the necessary information to correctly launch and produce their assigned parts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize documentation flows, SAP usage and audit rigor.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality, industrial environments, or documentation management (junior profile ideal).
  • Previous exposure to SAP or other digital documentation systems is highly valued.
  • Experience working with Excel-based trackers and structured information is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technologies, Quality, or similar technical/scientific fields.
  • Other degrees are acceptable when combined with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Languages:

  • Spanish (mandatory)
  • English (desirable)
  • French (desirable).

Competencies:

  • Highly organized, structured and detail‑driven.
  • Rigorous, methodical and comfortable with repetitive and precise tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when requesting missing information.
  • Proactive, energetic and eager to learn in a technical environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously while interacting with multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of ownership and responsibility for documentation accuracy.

Specific Knowledge required:

  • SAP (basic–intermediate level): capability to navigate project references, find documents, verify uploads and perform structured checks.
  • Excel proficiency (filters, formulas, tables, structured tracking).
  • Understanding technical documentation used in manufacturing environments: drawings, specifications, defect lists, master samples, gauges.
  • Basic knowledge of quality processes and industrial terminology is a plus.
