The Opportunity

To support the Makeup formula team in new product developments and reformulations.

Support in stability and compatibility testing
Support in bulk evaluation and validation
Support in Ingredient list creation
Active ingredients search
Scientific monitoring of Makeup competitors
Formulation
Project management

We'd love to meet you if you have

General:

Passion for the Makeup category

Experience:

Laboratory experience needed
1-3 years’ experience in project management would be a plus
1-3 years’ experience in developing new formulas for the makeup category would be a plus

Education:

Bachelors or Master´s Degree in Science (Chemistry, Cosmetic Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering)

Languages:

Fluent in Spanish & English
French would be a plus

Competencies:

Understanding of cosmetic product attributes and consumer insights related to makeup product development
Working knowledge in physical testing and analytical methods
Familiar with global cosmetic regulations and cosmetic GMP
Strong oral and written communication skills required
Excellent organizational skills
Basic knowledge in computers. Windows, SAP, etc.
