The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Controller to join our Operations Controlling team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Controlling, preferably within a factory or Supply Chain setting. Additional experience with a Big 4 Audit firm will be a plus. As a Supply Chain Controller, you will be responsible for delivering valuable insights on global distribution costs, while providing expertise in other critical Supply Chain topics such as inventory levels, DIO, and DSO performance.

What you'll get to do

  • The SCC works as a business partner to all areas of supply chain, understanding their analysis needs, monitoring KPIs and intervening as needed to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Coordinate the Supply Chain budget with the management team and perform revisions or simulations if required.
  • Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact of decisions made by Supply Chain.
  • Challenge assumptions and seek cost improvements in Supply Chain.
  • Track & review Supply chain productivity projects and gap analysis. 
  • Non-factory Overheads monthly deviation analysis and reporting.
  • Participates in supply chain projects on costs and working capital and process improvement projects.
  • Key player on NWC improvement challenging DSO & DIO performance as well as Inventory levels.
  • Liaise with Demand and Supply Planning to ensure the consistency between S&OP and Financial Data.
  • Strive for automation, efficiencies and other improvements to facilitate meaningful analysis and forecasting.
  • Internal and external bench-marking of Supply Chain performance.
     

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Bachelor degree Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Controlling / Big 4 Audit / Costing (e.g. Costing, Plant controlling ) ideally within a factory or supply chain.
  • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience is a plus.
  • Good organizational, planning and analytical skills.
  • Solid experience and work with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Fluent English and computer skills (MS Office).
