The Opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Global Demand Planner to join our team for a one-year temporary assignment.
This role will play a key part in supporting the leadership and development the orchestration of the Make Up Global Sales and Operations Planning process.
The mission is to ensure that the global forecast for all products is delivered on time and with sufficient accuracy to secure high service levels, optimized inventory, and cost efficiency. Identifying risks and opportunities versus the budget and ensure alignment between the demand plan and overall business targets.
*The duration of the contract will be 1 year with the possibility of staying with us afterwards with a fixed contract.

What you´ll get to do
To lead key tasks of the Global Sales and Operation Planning Process for Make Up brands, with the main responsibilities of:

- Coordinate the launches and promotional items global forecasting.
- Manage and lead the regular goods sales forecast.
- Identify major deviations in the sales forecast versus budget, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Provide inputs for the Global and Strategic Sales and Operation Planning Process
- Lead the forecasting process and control the deviations by brand:
- To generate the forecast for Rest of the World according to the best base forecast and by adding the marketing intelligence.
- To challenge the global forecast by detecting big deviations vs last month or vs budget working closely to understand and/or closing gaps with the Local Demand Planning community
- To challenge markets to ensure a proper global sizing and phasing of launches and promotional goods by benchmarking with the brand expectations
- To ensure communication and feedback with the Local Demand Planning Community

- Experience: At least 1 years of experience as Demand Planner or minimum 2 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas is highly valuable. Experience in the cometic industry is a plus.
- Motivation to learn and support the orchestration of an international Demand Planning team.
- Education: Graduate in Engineering, Administration or similar; Master in Supply Chain is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are required. French is a plus.
- Competencies: Drive for results, problem solving, flexibility, analytical, communication, organized and deliver on time in full.
- Specific Knowledge required: high skills in excel, powerpoint and other Microsoft office softwares. SAP, JDA, APO or similar planning tool is a plus.
