The Opportunity

Location: Barcelona
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Controller to join our Corporate Finance team. 
Mission: Junior Corporate controller should help elaborating valuable reports and insights to support strategic decision-making to Puig management. She/He will be responsible for preparing, developing and analysing monthly financial reports. She/He will help to create, review and improve reporting processes and work in partnership with the different divisions of the company. 

What you'll get to do

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the monthly consolidation of all business units, including P&L analysis and other reporting KPI’s followed in a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for the preparation, development, and analysis of the financial presentations to the top management.
  • Assist with the assessment of processes and systems to improve the financial reporting effectiveness, including strengthening the quality of our reporting.
  • Help maintain and improve our consolidation tool and system (Group Reporting)
  • Support audit process and respond to audit inquiries.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects, including M&A integration support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in multinational company within the controlling, audit or financial reporting.
  • Education: Business degree
  • Languages: English & Spanish (French is a plus)
  • Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, responsible, team player and eye for detail. Eager to learn.
  • Experience in implementation of consolidation/reporting tools and dashboards will be a plus.
