The Opportunity
Support the Niche Marketing team in protecting and elevating the brand image of four niche brands — Byredo, Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur, and Dr. Barbara Sturm — by flawlessly executing 360° launches and driving impactful KCPS animations.
Your mission is to bring fresh energy, operational excellence, and creative thinking to help strengthen each brand’s unique identity and boost their presence across the Iberian market.
What you'll get to do
- Shape high‑impact sales tools (circulars, roadmaps, guides) that empower retail teams and bring each brand’s universe to life.
- Bring premium retail experiences to the consumer, supporting the execution and brand validation of temporary animations and exclusive events across key points of sale.
- Turn data into insights, contributing to monthly sales reports and performance analysis to help steer brand strategy across the Iberian market.
- Decode market trends, supporting benchmark studies and KPI tracking to anticipate opportunities in the fast‑evolving niche beauty landscape.
- Craft compelling storytelling, assisting the Brand Manager with polished internal and external presentations that elevate brand visibility and engagement.
- Boost commercial impact by developing targeted POSM, sales tools, and shopper‑focused materials that drive conversion and traffic to stores.
- Adapt creative assets across offline and digital touchpoints to ensure flawless execution of brand launches and campaigns.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, external partners, and the Niche Marketing team to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of all initiatives.
- Ensure operational excellence, supporting PO creation, shipments, and day‑to‑day coordination to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Strengthen competitive positioning through pricing analyses and benchmark reviews that support strategic decision‑making.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Around 1 year of experience in operational marketing or brand support roles, ideally within beauty, retail, or premium/luxury environments. A hands‑on mindset and a strong appetite for learning and growth are essential
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, completed within the last three years. A solid academic foundation combined with curiosity, strategic thinking, and a passion for brand building.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken are required. The ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and cultural awareness is key in this regional and international context.
