The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to develop your professional skills while gaining a comprehensive view of our business, our products, and the latest category innovations. You will have exposure to different functions within the Marketing department, understanding how they work together and connect with the wider organization.

Reporting to the Hermès Brand Manager, your main mission will be to support the definition and implementation of marketing plans and key brand initiatives, ensuring accurate local execution aligned with the international strategy.

This one‑year program within the Marketing division will allow you to work on diverse assignments, take on new challenges, and contribute value from day one. It is a strong fit for a marketer with an entrepreneurial mindset, solid project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

What you'll get to do

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned brands.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between the subsidiary and global teams to maximize brand expression.
  • Track and monitor KPIs to ensure business performance is on target.
  • Support the implementation of 360° omnichannel brand strategies, including communication, trade and promotional plans, and temporary in‑store visibility following global guidelines.
  • Contribute to promotional planning per brand, including proposing local initiatives.
  • Manage the production and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Assist in digital brand activation in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to ensure consistent deployment of brand image.
  • Analyze market and competitive activity to identify key trends, business drivers, and opportunities that can enhance performance.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in operational marketing or brand support roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, completed within the last three years.
  • Languages: Strong written and spoken English and Spanish are essential.
