The Opportunity
As an HR Graduate, you will become a key pillar within the Iberia HR team, actively participating in the execution of essential processes and strategic projects aligned with Puig’s unique culture.
Your day-to-day will be marked by a passion for talent, creativity and the innovative spirit that characterises our company. You will collaborate with dynamic teams on recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives that strengthen our commitment to diversity, excellence and employee wellbeing.
In addition, you will serve as an ambassador for the Puig brand, driving internal communication and taking part in activities that reinforce the sense of belonging and the experience of our professionals. In this role, you will contribute directly to ensuring the effective implementation of our corporate policies and HR programmes, helping to transform the way we live and work at Puig.
What you'll get to do
Recruitment and Talent Attraction
- Support in the preparation of job descriptions, posting of vacancies, and management of employment platforms.
- Screening CVs and coordinating interviews.
- Candidate follow-up and collaboration in employer branding projects and attraction campaigns (including university campuses).
Talent Management
- Collaborate in the management of the pre-onboarding and onboarding process for new hires in the subsidiary.
- Oversee the monitoring of the experience and adaptation of new joiners.
- Contribute to the annual talent evaluation and development plans.
- Participate in the coordination of training sessions and programmes.
- Facilitate the organisation and support of team buildings and engagement activities.
- Participation in the planning and execution of internal events
Analysis and Monitoring of Key Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitoring of KPIs (turnover, recruitment metrics).
- Tracking completion of mandatory training and
- Support in the implementation of HR policies.
Internal Communication
- Management and updating of internal channels for Corporate and Retail.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Graduate in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or related fields.
- Passion and motivation to grow professionally within the field of Human Resources and the Beauty / Luxury industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, able to bring rigour and efficiency to daily management.
- Strong teamwork skills, a collaborative attitude and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, always maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Advanced command of English and Spanish
- Proficiency in office tools and digital recruitment platforms, facilitating adaptation to technological environments and process optimisation.
