The Opportunity
Support the Etailing and Media teams in their day-to-day activities related to the execution of the digital strategy across Spain and Portugal. You will collaborate on the operational management of online initiatives, help monitor digital campaigns, and assist with basic data collection and analysis to identify opportunities that enhance overall digital performance.
You will take part in projects linked to digital campaign activation, coordination with key clients, and performance tracking. This role offers the chance to learn from experienced professionals while gaining a full view of the digital ecosystem in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What you'll get to do
Client Management (E-commerce)
• Day-to-day operational follow-up with small clients to ensure flawless execution.
• Monthly Sales Out analysis by client and brand, identifying relevant insights.
• Data consolidation and post-campaign analysis to extract actionable learnings.
Ongoing Web Management
• Management and update of new product launch content on the website.
• Coordination of materials, briefs, and translations to ensure consistency and quality.
• Overseeing repacks and the continuous maintenance of web content.
Digital Media
• Coordination of creative materials and management of URLs for digital campaigns.
• Active monitoring and follow-up of campaigns on various platforms.
• Preparation of post-mortem reports and identification of opportunities with a test & learn approach.
Retail Media
• Follow-up on activations and supervision of correct implementation of materials.
• Monitoring of key KPIs and preparation of optimisation recommendations.
CRM
• Monitoring CRM actions, segmentation control, and results reporting.
Cross-functional Tasks
• Management and planning of shipments (sampling, materials, etc.).
• Management and control of activations and operational support for the team.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or similar.
• Master's degree or specialisation in Digital Marketing or E-commerce is a plus.
• Previous experience in digital environments (agencies, e-commerce teams).
• Experience and understanding of online media, performance, and key metrics.
• Interest in data analysis and result optimisation.
