The Opportunity

This position is responsible for supporting the design, development and deployment of global talent projects of Puig Beauty & Fashion division.
The Talent Projects area leads some of the key initiatives that will drive the culture transformation within the organization such as: global leadership development program, employee engagement surveys and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy.

This temporary position will be based in Barcelona and reports to the Director, Talent Projects.
 

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Works within a team of 3 collaborators and interacts with our external strategic partners for training development and employee surveys, our HR community worldwide and key stakeholders in the organization.

Engagement Surveys
-    Assist in the preparation of employee engagement surveys, ensuring translations and testing. 
-    Support the communications plan and develop survey materials to distribute to employees through appropriate channels and platforms.
-    Design dashboards in relations with our external survey partner ensure dashboard accesses to different populations (HR, leaders).
-    Develop guidelines and support materials for HR teams and Managers including training in the tool, survey results analysis and building relevant action plans.
-    Collect and organize global survey data using designated survey software or tools.
-    Assist in analyzing global survey results, including compiling data, identifying trends, and summarizing key findings.
-    Prepare reports and presentations to present survey results to management and to the entire employee population.
-    Identify opportunities for improving future survey initiatives based on feedback and lessons learned.

Leadership Program
     Provide professional expertise and support in:
-    Design an adaptation of a current leadership coaching program into learning modules for people managers and other target populations.  
-    Define a deployment strategy for the leadership program to different employee populations, considering internal stakeholders and community management.
-    Create (adapting existing) learning content to develop communication packages and training materials.
-    Develop and deploy a behavioral leadership assessment for people managers.
-    Provide guidance and learning materials to help senior managers and HR Business partners create actionable development plans.

Required Skills/Abilities: 
-    Knowledge of Talent and Development gained through professional work experience, ideally prior accountability leading employee surveys and action plans, and creating training programs. 
-    Full proficiency in English. Spanish and/or French will be a plus.
-    Superior verbal and written communication skills.
-    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; including ability to manipulate data in Excel and create executive level presentations 
-    Ability to excel in a highly ambiguous environment combined with a hands-on attitude.
-    Results and detail oriented. Able to deliver high quality outcomes and being accountable for the action plan defined.
-    Highly collaborative in working with colleagues and partners from other cultures and countries

Education and Experience:
-    Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development or closely related field preferred.
-    7+-10 experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover learning design, talent development, coaching, employee engagement.
-    Proven track record of excellent project management skills successfully managing and executing global, cross functional initiatives at scale. 
-    Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing reports, pulling key insights from data.
-    Previous HR experience in a generalist role as a business partner will be a plus.
