The Opportunity
Role: Learning Ecosystem & Capability Graduate
Location: Barcelona
Mission:
To support the Learning Ecosystem pillar of the Global Learning & Development Centre of Excellence by ensuring our learning platforms, standards, operations and data run smoothly, enabling high quality leadership and talent development across the organisation.

The role requires:
A curious, organised and ambitious graduate with strong coordination skills, comfort with digital tools and data, and a genuine interest in learning, leadership and people development.
What you'll get to do
1. Learning Operations & Programme Support
• Coordinate logistics for leadership and manager development programmes
• Manage scheduling, participant communications and session preparation
• Support vendor coordination and quality assurance
2. Learning Ecosystem Infrastructure
• Help maintain and improve learning platforms, content libraries and Academies
• Ensure learning experiences meet quality and accessibility standards
• Update learning pathways and resource hubs
3. Data, Measurement & Reporting
• Collect and organise learning data (attendance, feedback, engagement)
• Support dashboards and reporting for programme evaluation
• Contribute to building a future ready learning evaluation framework
4. Communications & Change Enablement
• Draft learner communications and programme updates
• Support campaigns that drive awareness, adoption and behaviour change
• Create and maintain L&D intranet pages and communication channels
5. Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve learner experience
• Benchmark external best practices in learning operations and digital capability

Experience
• Experience coordinating projects or activities (academic, internship or extracurricular)
• Experience working with digital tools, platforms or data (desirable)
• Experience communicating clearly with different stakeholders (desirable)
Education
A recent (Maximium past 3 years) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, Digital Learning, Instructional Design or related fields.
Languages
• Fluent English (required)
• Additional languages are a plus, given the global nature of the CoE

• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Clear, confident communication
• Curiosity, initiative and a growth mindset
• Ability to work with data and digital tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Specific Knowledge Required
• Familiarity with learning platforms, digital learning tools or content libraries (preferred)
• Understanding of learning operations, leadership development or instructional design (advantageous)
• Comfort with dashboards, reporting or basic data analysis
