
HR Graduate - Global Talent Management

The Opportunity
As a Graduate, you will join the Talent Management team and contribute to some of our most essential people processes: Performance Review, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Cards and Career Paths.
You will support the data, structure and operational backbone of Talent, ensuring information is accurate, organised and ready for decision‑making. We will teach you the Talent frameworks; you will bring rigour, analysis, structure and attention to detail.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organising information and making processes flow smoothly. We welcome candidates from diverse academic and personal backgrounds — what matters is your mindset, your curiosity and your willingness to learn.
What you'll get to do
- Manage, clean and update Talent data across systems and dashboards.
- Extract and prepare data for Performance, Succession and Talent Review cycles.
- Maintain documentation, templates, trackers and naming conventions to ensure consistency.
- Support the preparation of Talent Review materials (Talent Cards, summaries, insights).
- Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to gather inputs required for talent cycles.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Career Paths documentation.
- Coordinate operational aspects of Talent projects: timelines, checklists, deliverables.
- Prepare simple, clear presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve organisation, structure and data workflows within the team.
- Diagnose and review Talent processes that could be optimised through the implementation of AI tools.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- A recent (within the last 3 years) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field.
- A strong interest in working with data, spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, structure and clarity.
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Curiosity for Talent Management and a willingness to learn Performance, Succession and Career frameworks.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to learn quickly.
- A strong aesthetic sense, delivering clean, simple and elegant materials aligned with PUIG standards.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- A genuine interest in new technologies and AI tools.
