As a Graduate in Executive Compensation, you will join the Global Rewards / Executive Compensation team and support one of the most strategic areas within HR.
You will work closely with senior team members involved in the design, governance and implementation of compensation frameworks for senior leadership, including executive directors and top management. You will gain exposure to short- and long-term incentive plans, compensation benchmarking, governance processes, and shareholder-facing remuneration matters.
We will provide exposure to executive pay design, market practice and regulatory context; you will bring analytical rigor, discretion, precision and a strong learning mindset.
This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of HR, finance and corporate governance, who enjoys working with data, structure and detail, and who is motivated to understand how executive pay aligns leadership performance with long-term shareholder value.
What you'll get to do
- Assist in market benchmarking processes, analyzing peer group data and compensation surveys.
- Contribute to the preparation of materials for the Talent Committee and Board discussions (data analysis, slides, scenario modeling).
- Help maintain executive compensation databases ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Support the preparation of remuneration disclosure documentation (e.g., Annual Remuneration Report), ensuring data consistency and alignment with governance standards.
- Assist in tracking performance metrics linked to incentive plans and validating payout calculations.
- Support global governance processes related to executive compensation, including documentation, approvals and policy updates.
- Collaborate on the review and improvement of compensation policies and internal controls.
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses related to pay equity, pay-for-performance alignment and cost simulations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes through automation, digital tools or AI-based solutions.
- Prepare documentation, communication materials and training guidelines for managers.
- Monitor completion rates, deadlines and data accuracy across HR projects.
We'd love to meet you if you have
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Economics, HR, or related fields.
- A double degree (e.g., Business & Law, Business & Economics, Finance & Law or similar) will be considered a strong plus.
Experience
- Ideally but not mandatory 1–2 years of experience or internships in Law firms, Consulting firms or HR.
Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and structured mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Structured thinking and strong documentation skills
- Clear and concise written communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
