The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graduate to join our Media Data Business team within our Consumer and AI Accelerator Office.

In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of media data across our global ecosystem, the foundation of PUIG AI transformation. You will support key reporting processes, enhance dashboard performance, and play an active role in strengthening data governance practices.

The position offers hands‑on exposure to scalable data processes, cross-functional collaboration, and real-world applications of data in a global business context.

What you'll get to do

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Quality Support

  • Design and implement data quality checks.
  • Contribute to improving data governance practices

Explore more advanced approaches for data quality (e.g., automation or AI-based solutions where relevant)


2. Dashboard Quality & Maintenance

  • Oversee consistency and quality across the dashboard ecosystem
  • Perform regular checks on Media filters and data quality in our dashboards
  • Maintain front-end elements (descriptions, ownership tags, formats, palettes, legends, homepage links)
  • Support data quality checks for Camphouse (media planning)

3. Financial & Reporting Support

  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of key financial report (MIS)
  • Support exchange rate updates
  • Contribute to basic budget analysis

4. Operational Governance & Documentation

  • Support the maintenance and improvement of documentation (glossaries, training materials)
  • Contribute to governance processes and best practices

 

What You Will Learn

  • Practical experience in data quality at scale
  • Hands-on experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and governance frameworks
  • Collaboration with the global Media Data Business team, driving strategic change
  • Exposed to AI transformation and projects

Required Skills

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Solid PowerPoint skills
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (as a nice to have)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset
  • Good communication skills in English (as a must)
  • Basic understanding of data visualization

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as:
    • Data Analytics / Business Analytics
    • Economics
    • Statistics
    • Engineering
