The Opportunity

Job Description: Finance Controlling Graduate (Iberia)

Location: Barcelona

Contract: 1 year - Graduate Program

What you'll get to do

Provide operational and analytical support to the Iberia Controller in managing the financial aspects of the business, contributing to the achievement of financial plans and accurate reporting, under the direct supervision of the Iberian Finance Director.

•    Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports, including P&L statements and variance analysis against budget and prior year.
•    Collaborate with internal accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data.
•    Support the management and monitoring of forecasts and investment budgets by gathering information from relevant departments.
•    Assist in ensuring compliance with internal control policies and support coordination with external auditors.
•    Perform basic financial risk and opportunity analysis to aid decision-making.
•    Participate in ad hoc projects and financial analysis tasks under supervision, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
•    Utilize digital tools and systems such as Microsoft Office and SAP for data management and reporting.

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
•    Prior experience (internships or projects) in finance, accounting, or financial analysis is desirable.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel preferred).
•    Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactivity.
•    Good written and spoken English skills.
•    Team player with responsibility and discretion.
•    Quick learner with adaptability to a dynamic environment.
•    Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
•    Organized and autonomous in task management.
