The Opportunity

 

We have an entry level position in our Global Supply Chain Department and are looking to incorporate young talents. This is an exciting opportunity that will help you develop your professional skills while getting a complete overview of our business, our products and the best category innovations.

 

The graduate program lasts 1 year with the possibility of joining the company with a fixed contract at the end of it.

 

The Mission:

To ensure the availability of finished and semi-finished products in the different locations of the network with the quality, cost, stock levels and service required, through the ownership of the Master Production Schedule and the Distribution Requirements Plan.

 

What you'll get to do

 

  • To execute and own the MPS process, analyzing demand plan, brands portfolio, stock policies, production and third parties capacity and critical materials availability.
  • To participate in the global operational Sales & Operation Plan (S&OP) process, providing information on: availability risks, capacity constraints, materials requirements and obsolescence
  • To ensure the definition and implementation of the stock policies to reach the required stock and service levels
  • To calculate the Distribution requirements Plan (DRP) to the Puig stock locations, considering the local sales forecast and network constrains.
  • To reduce stocks of obsolete materials or low rotation, analyzing them and proposing reusability alternatives
  • To coordinate any repack of products by optimizing the stock projections, minimizing excesses and assuring service
