The Opportunity

 

Mission:

 

The mission of the Stock Allocation Specialist is to ensure timely distribution of inventory during product scarcity periods. This role is critical in minimizing business disruption, protecting revenue, and supporting customer satisfaction taking cross-functional decisions that align supply with business’s highest priorities. The Stock Allocation Specialist helps the organization navigate constraints with clarity and agility by acting as the central coordinator between Supply Chain, Sales, and Planning teams.

 

 

What you'll get to do

 

Responsibilities / Key Tasks

 

  • Stock availability review for any product within assigned brands
  • Periodical brand status alignment with Operational Marketing teams
  • Apply stock bookings to preserve shortages for certain markets or Key Customer
  • Analize customer cancelled orders and align with logistics & customer care teams to maximize sales recovery
  • Participate in the S&OP meetings and work among Demand and Supply Planning Departments
  • Prioritize orders delivery generation following global business guidelines
  • Manual deliveries generation when required
  • Launches & promotions global analysis, ensuring initial customer orders release and subsequent exception management requests
  • Internal reporting tools improvement
  • Own retail stores stock replenishment support

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar preferred.

 

Languages:

  • Native Spanish
  • Fluent English
