The Opportunity

The main mission of the Stock Allocation Specialist is to analyse customer cancelled orders and align with logistics & customer care teams to maximize sales recovery. This role is critical in minimizing business disruption, protecting revenue, and supporting customer satisfaction taking cross-functional decisions that align supply with business’s highest priorities.

What you'll get to do

Check customer cancelled orders with internal operation teams to execute sales recovery when possible
Prioritize orders delivery generation following global business guidelines
Manual deliveries generation when required
Stock availability review for key products
Apply stock bookings to preserve shortages for certain markets or Key Customer if needed

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or similar preferred.

Languages:

Native Spanish
Fluent English
