The Opportunity

We are seeking a graduate to join our Global Retail Design Team.  In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across multi-brand project management, support internal processes, optimize the use of technical platforms, and help facilitate communication across our global retail brand and market teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain exposure to international retail projects, and contribute to exciting, high-impact initiatives.

 

This position will commence in February 2026

 

What you'll get to do

  • Support the team with multi-brand project requests; participating in project layout definitions in collaboration with agencies and area managers
  • Adapt brand fixtures in store for specific projects
  • Maintain continuous communications with brands, markets, and agencies
  • Oversee timings and ensure accurate communication between project participants, guaranteeing deadlines are met and project planning is followed
  • Support users with our internal design tool—Retail Design Tool

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • University degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or a similar field.
  • Experience in project management
  • Technology knowledge; experience using design tools e.g. Autocad - advanced level; photoshop - intermediate level; Excel, PPT,Word -  intermediate 
  • Committed to continuous improvement
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for solving challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and team spirit
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
