The Opportunity
We are looking for a Global Pricing Manager to join our Global Commercial team, this individual will be covering a maternity leave in our structure and will be responsible on defining and implementing different price strategies per segment and per category. Building a global and consistent brand positioning while guaranteeing the topline growth.
The main workstreams of the department are:
• Pricing Optimization: Lead the company annual price increase: Implement and Monitor Brand pricing strategy
• New Product Pricing: Ensure Launches Global Positioning
• Pricing Intelligence: Adapt Global strategy to Local context
What you'll get to do
• Lead, coordinate and monitor the annual price increase of the company in our Niche Brands. Ensuring global consistency in different realities per Region/Channel.
• Help Brands to define the price positioning of launches. Reinforce relationship providing them with the right intelligence and insights: price points, volume curves, white spaces... to leverage decision making process
• Integrate Brand and Markets objectives to succeed in price strategy implementation
• Drive pricing analysis by market to understand pricing dynamics in each one: competitors’ movements, price increase, launches, promotional activity.
• Enlarge the department knowledge of segments and categories through market analysis.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• Experience: +2 years of experience in Pricing and/or Revenue Management
• Education: University degree in Economics, BA, or similar
• Languages: Spanish, English as a need – French, nice to have.
• Competencies: Accuracy, analytical skills (excel advanced user), drive for results, communication skills (impact and influence), teamwork and cooperation.
The position requires interaction with COO, Brands and Markets VP, GM's, Marketing Directors so a certain level of seniority is required.
