The Opportunity

Mission:
The purpose of this position is to support, evangelize and accelerate Puig e-business activity as a key driver of our company growth, through the most efficient performance strategies.
He/She will be part of the Global Consumer Engagement team and will be reporting to the Global Head of Performance Media.
He/She will be supporting the DTC acceleration leveraging paid media for our DTCs in strong collaboration and partnership with Puig DTC teams (local & global) and the global agency by:

Responsibilities/Key Tasks
- Evangelizing, coordinating, and supporting the implementation of paid media performance strategies and guidelines from prospecting, lead acquisition and sales conversion relevant across the globe taking into consideration local and brand specificities
- Working hand in hand with the agency team to secure guidelines and golden rules, standards, and ways of working implementation across the agency organization
- Ensuring excellence in performance media strategy definition and execution through our digital tech and partners ecosystem
- Support in the optimization, tracking & reporting with a focus on data accuracy and media efficiency
- Ensuring excellence in our DTC’s feed to obtain outstanding performances in our campaigns
- Support brand and agency teams in building accurate DTC strategies and forecasts with a growth mindset
- Support in the development of ad hoc digital performance guidelines and planning golden rules across digital channels including but not limited to search, social, shopping ads, video, display, influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Evangelize, socialize and follow-up the digital performance guidelines and golden rules to brands and markets teams
- Support global media brand managers in performance digital planning activities for brand DTCs campaigns (execution)
- Support the global media brand managers in securing the performance activation team in the agency is reaching the planning kpis and targets.
- Socializing and securing the standardised digital media effectiveness and growth approaches across markets, establishing best practices methodologies, use of technology and partners
- Support performance marketing test and learn plans across funnel activations.
- Socialize global and local benchmarks, learnings and best practices across brands and markets in biannual reports.
- Ensure that partners and internal stakeholders follow our best practice and media guidelines.
- Ensure DTC’s feed optimizations.

Experience:
At least 4 years in an ecommerce or traffic manager position in the industry, preferably in a digital media agency, digital media department of a beauty and personal care company or consultancy company.
At least 4 years’ experience in defining, managing and supervising cross channel and full funnel performance media strategies.
Education: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication.
Digital certification programs such as Google, Facebook Ads, etc will be evaluated
Languages: Spanish, Advanced professional English. French is a plus.
Competencies:
- Strong experience in performance media strategies across digital channels including but not limited to Search, Social, Shopping ads, Video, Display, Influencer and Affiliate marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google DV360 & SA360, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; comfortable working with numbers, metrics and BI tools and spreadsheets
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; teamwork & cooperation
- Strong presentation skills and high level of articulation required
- Collaborative team player
- Up to date with latest trends and digital marketing/media best practices
- Business savvy and digital curiosity
- International experience
- Previous experience in a matrixial organization is a plus
Specific Knowledge required:
- Proven ability to deploy digital performance media strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.
- Brand and performance planning experience essential, demonstration knowledge of all digital performance media planning disciplines (social, search, affiliates, etc.)
- Strong understanding of customer journey plannning
- Good working knowledge of key industry planning and buying and analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Google adwords, DCM, DV360, DS360, GA360, Facebook ads, Twitter ads, Snapchat ads, Tiktok ads, Pinterest ads, Amazon, etc)
- Superior skills with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and analytics tools
- Passion about the beauty & luxuy industry
