What you'll get to do
You will support both the Global Media and Media Creative Acceleration teams, gaining exposure to media operations, creative excellence and consumer engagement initiatives across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Global Media
- Support the rollout of the Global Media Operating Model across regions and markets.
- Coordinate media projects, trackers, timelines and implementation materials.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, templates, training materials and reports.
- Consolidate media performance updates and support communication across the global media community.
- Collect market feedback, best practices and capability-building opportunities.
Media Creative Acceleration
- Support operational activities across media creative initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, innovative formats and best-in-class executions.
- Maintain creative performance trackers and dashboards.
- Assist in the preparation of analyses, presentations and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement in media creative excellence.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Graduate contract: You cannot have more than three professional experiences after your last degree to be part of the programme.
- Experience: Previous internship or 1-2 years experience in media innovation, creative effectiveness and digital consumer experiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Business, Marketing, Digital Sciences or Communication or a related field.
- Strong interest in media, innovation and digital consumer platforms.
- Good analytical, organized and collaborative, while also demonstrating a creative mindset and a strong curiosity
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Collaborative, proactive and willing to learn.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
