The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of Global Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and local markets, ensuring strong in-store execution of global initiatives. The position drives planograms, CPS guidelines, and VM tools to support consistent and effective market roll-out.

What you'll get to do

Global Initiatives (4 per year)

  • Create MUP & VM planograms, reference setup, and BOMs

  • Validate assortments with Operational Marketing

  • Develop CPS guidelines and market shopping lists (testers, grids, didactics, category texts) and follow up on orders

  • Coordinate translations with Marketing and local markets (texts, visuals, videos)

  • Upload visuals and videos to BCS

  • Create didactic artworks and category texts in 8 languages (agency management)

  • Deliver VM Guidelines (4 months before OCD) and Installation Guidelines (2 months before OCD)

  • Coordinate installation guidelines and follow-up with Fieldflex by market

Department Stores

  • Act as key contact for markets on specific needs

  • Create ad-hoc planograms and shopping lists for each POS opening

  • Develop VM Guidelines per opening

  • Update playtable grids per initiative (technical drawings, renders, planogram updates)

Transversal Tasks

  • IWD planogram planning

  • Coordinate additional graphic production with agency when not provided by Marketing

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Background in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Trade Marketing, or similar

  • 3–5 years’ experience in VM / Retail / Trade Marketing in an international environment

  • Strong hands-on experience with planograms, VM & installation guidelines, POS materials, and store execution

  • Experience coordinating markets, agencies, and cross-functional teams

  • Advanced Excel (tracking, BOMs) and PowerPoint (guidelines, presentations)

  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
