The Opportunity

PUIG is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed and analytical CRM Data Analyst for its Global CRM & Digital Insights Team. Our ideal candidate will drive improvements in our data landscape and secure solid and coherent customer-centric data approach. The focus will be to ensure that our CRM Brands & Global teams have the consumer data availability and quality to communicate accurately, share strategic and actionable insights in a clear and engaging way in order to make data-driven business decisions. 
This is a global role that will be an integral part of the overall strategic direct-to-consumer business, shaping how PUIG expands its footprint with consumers globally through our Brands & Markets. 
 

What you'll get to do

•    Build Common Cross-Brand Dashboards (available for all Puig brands) & ad-hoc Consumer Analysis.
•    Reporting, monitoring, and analyzing key metrics related to onboarding, customer engagement, conversion, retention, and churn. Summarize key findings and trends for stakeholders.
•    Track and share consumer actionable insights and recommendations for CX and campaign enhancements.
•    Support in gaining and maintaining the data quality for the critical customer data points to secure data accuracy.
•    Identify the key data entry points needed to build the relevant content for the 360 View of the Consumer and streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics.
•    Collaborate with the technology teams to ensure the accurate implementation of integrations, guaranteeing a seamless data flow.
 

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    4-6 + years of relevant CRM data management 
•    Clear customer-centric vision  
•    Cross-functional collaboration: strong team player with ability to build relationships with teammates in other functions or offices and leverage input from across the organization 
•    Proven experience in supporting and implementing complex data management systems and maintaining high-standard data security practices
•    Proven ability in synthesizing and analyzing data, to extract actionable consumer insights and turn them into successful marketing strategies 
•    Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and/or Consumer Data Platforms, preferably Bloomreach (would be a big advantage) 
•    Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data and analytical skills 
•    Strong presentation-building, storytelling, and data visualization skills 
•    Knowledge in Excel and data visualization and analytics tools, preferably Looker Studio (would be a big advantage)  
•    Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences 
•    Strong communication skills, both written & verbal 
•    Fluent English is essential (Spanish would be a big advantage)
