The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career within our EMEA Marketing team, focusing on our Prestige Brands portfolio. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business, products, and category innovations while being exposed to a regional scope across diverse markets.
Throughout the program, you will experience different tasks and brands within the Marketing function, as well as how they collaborate with other areas of the organization. Reporting to the EMEA Prestige Marketing team, your main mission will be to support the definition and execution of regional marketing strategies, ensuring alignment between global brand vision and market needs.
This one-year graduate program offers a dynamic development path, where you will work on multiple assignments, take on new challenges, and contribute to impactful projects from day one. It is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketer with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
What you'll get to do
- Support the development and execution of EMEA marketing plans for assigned Prestige brands
- Ensure strong alignment between global brand strategy and local market execution across EMEA
- Collaborate with local teams to maximize brand expression and consistency across markets
- Monitor KPIs and track performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Support the implementation of 360º omnichannel strategies (communication, trade marketing, POS, and activations) in line with global guidelines
- Contribute to the development of regional promotional plans, including recommendations for local adaptations
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials across markets
- Support digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Digital team to ensure best-in-class brand execution
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Experience: Initial experience (internship or up to 1 year) in Marketing or related roles
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar (completed within the last three years)
- Languages: Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
