What you'll get to do
Customers
- In charge of e-commerce annual plan strategy definition for key e-retailers
- Responsible to build the proposals for each brand that best fit the needs of each client, present the plan to retailer, negotiate activation slots, and ensure implementation finding the perfect balance between building brand image for our brands and accelerate conversion.
- Develop and build long-term relationships with key e-retailers to drive online visibility & sales and achieve strategic partnership.
- KPI definition and monitoring performance to put thought Post Mortem analysis in order to learn from what’s done, evaluate and rethink the plan put in place.
- Execution and monitoring of the on-site permanent visibility: added value and SEO friendly content, promotion of ratings and reviews/sampling and updates during main KCPs. Excellence in product page images and content.
Brands and Marketing Teams
- In charge of brand e-commerce annual plan strategy definition for a set of most relevant Puig brands to be implemented within the key e-retailers.
- Working closely with the digital marketing and PR local teams in the development of the campaigns, asset requirements, disruptive ways of activation, development of relevant content.
- Ensure an efficient decision-making when dealing with redirection and paid media/social campaigns, based on variables such as: e-retailers’ activation plan and its business impact, counterparts and roles.
- Support the delivery of marketing materials and content to our customers and require to marketing teams any specific materials that might support the e-commerce development strategy.
- Work on the on-site permanent visibility of our brands.
- Gather market data to understand and provide a mapping of the competitive landscape of our category.
Retail Activation and Sales Team
- Assist omnichannel retailer activation managers in order to implement the best plan, align omnichannel strategy for a retailer.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams in order to build and implement the adequate online plan for each customer.
- Budget negotiation skills in order to maximize activation plans; ideation, planning & budgeting.
Global Teams
- Close relationship with global brand teams and e-commerce global teams based worldwide in order to assess and challenge asset production in order to adapt it to the market, best practice sharing and receiving and reporting.
Suppliers
- Relationship with creativity agency in order to build assets that will finally be implemented within retailer’s websites.
- Relationship with other e-commerce suppliers within the purpose of sales objective achievement, ratings & reviews, SEO optimized product descriptions
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience: 2 years of experience in a Digital or E-commerce position. Consultancy, strategy areas and Digital Marketing or Digital business notions are a plus.
Education: University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
Languages: Native Spanish and fluent English
Specific Knowledge required: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, digital media notions (main digital media metrics, social media relevant).
Willingness to keep learning.
