The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Experience Graduate to join the international digital team for Carolina Herrera based in Barcelona. Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, you will support the team in delivering a best-in-class online experience across our website and digital touchpoints.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in digital experience, UX/UI, ecommerce, and innovation. You will contribute to the testing and validation of new website designs and functionalities, follow up on bug resolution, support AI and innovation projects, and help the team monitor digital best practices and competitor activity. You will work across multiple cross-functional projects and gain hands-on exposure to how a luxury brand builds and optimizes its digital ecosystem.

We are especially interested in someone curious, hands-on, and excited by emerging technologies, particularly AI, and motivated to help explore, test, and develop new ideas that can improve customer experience and team efficiency.

What you'll get to do

  • Support the testing and validation of new website features, content, and experiences.
  • Identify bugs and user experience issues across the website, and follow up with the relevant teams.
  • Support the delivery of new digital initiatives and UX/UI improvements.
  • Help monitor website and content performance, identifying what is working well and where there are opportunities to improve.
  • Contribute to analysis and reporting by gathering data, tracking results, and sharing key learnings with the team.
  • Contribute to AI and innovation projects through coordination, research, testing, and prototyping.
  • Help explore new tools, use cases and AI supports that can improve customer experience, content, or team efficiency.
  • Monitor competitors, digital trends, and best practices, and support project documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • 1–2 years of experience, and a recent degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • A strong interest in digital experience, ecommerce, UX/UI, and innovation.
  • Strong curiosity for AI and emerging technologies, with interest in how they can be applied in a practical way.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of website testing, digital customer journeys, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Trello, Miro, GA4, Contentsquare, Photoshop is a plus. Experience with AI or no-code tools is also a plus.
  • Interest in the beauty, fashion, and luxury industry.
