The Opportunity

As a Demand Planner, you will play a strategic role in ensuring the availability of our products in the right place and at the right time. Your mission will be to drive excellence in forecasting and stock allocation by translating commercial insights into actionable plans. This is your opportunity to contribute directly to the performance of our luxury brands by connecting the dots between Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams in Iberia
What you'll get to do
Demand Planning
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to size and plan new launches in line with agreed calendars and budgets.
- Define sales campaigns based on preliminary Marketing plans and Commercial needs.
- Accurately size and plan regular and promotional quantities by reference.
- Integrate inputs from Marketing and Sales into forecast analysis.
- Estimate the impact of new launches, market trends, competition, and promotional mix.
- Plan regular support materials (testers, samples, etc.).
- Identify risks and opportunities versus budgeted needs.
- Track key KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Optimize stock levels and product availability, anticipating deviations.
- Ensure the quality of the collaborative forecast and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analytical Support
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects, such as:
- Building ROI dashboards with Trade Marketing.
- Improving geolocation intelligence with Retail.
- Leveraging advanced sell-out data for strategic commercial decisions.
- Provide analytical support to Marketing, Commercial, and Management teams for data-driven decision making.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Sales & Marketing Analytics, Consulting, Customer Development or Trade Marketing, with a proven track record and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Education: University degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- Languages: Spanish: Advanced, English: Advanced.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data from multiple systems and channels.
- Passion for data analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- Proactive issue resolution and strong team collaboration.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Solid commercial acumen and business sense.
- Other knowledges:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Valuable experience with Demand Planning tools (JDA, IBP, Toolsgroup...) and BI tools (SQL, PowerBI, SAP Analytics, etc.).
