The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Global Planning Department on a permanent basis.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights through clear and impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build enhanced reporting and analytics for business performance, KPIs, and key business drivers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using data insights
  • Contribute to data-driven projects involving analysis, modelling, and reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and produce relevant insights as needed
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and gather requirements
  • Communicate effectively with leaders to highlight improvement areas and propose recommendations
  • Provide training to new users and support the adoption of existing processes

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business, or a related field, and 3–5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong Power BI skills, including the ability to write complex DAX measures
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Solid understanding of database management concepts
  • Proven ability to make data-driven recommendations and influence stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
  • Results-oriented mindset

 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Knowledge of coding (Python or similar) or willingness to learn
  • Understanding of ML concepts or interest in developing this skillset
  • Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, ...)

 

Languages:

  • Spanish and English: fluent level required
  • French: a plus
