The Opportunity

The Credit Risk Executive based within our HQ Financial Team will plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the Credit Limits of the Customers according to the global Credit Policy.
The mission of the department is to minimize Bad Debt risks and optimize Trade Receivables while fostering the business development with our teams spread over 50 markets.
 

What you'll get to do

-    Assessment and review of risk profiles and credit limits. 
-    Enforce implementation of Global Credit Policies in all subsidiaries and ensure adherence to accepted standards.
-    Management of Insurance policies and relationship with insurance agents.
-    Follow up on the credit limit blockages and implement the required actions.
-    Manage credit decisions within assigned authorities.
-    Interface with Customer Service and Commercial team to communicate credit decisions and ensure timely review of new customers.
-    Regular follow up with Finance Director, GM and/or Commercial Director and Customer Service Manager in local Credit Committees.
-    Plan and organize activities of quarterly credit reviews.
-    Preparation of Top Management InfoPacks on Credit Risk Status.
-    Management of compensation claims with credit insurance companies.
 

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Experience: Experience in managing customers, collection of payments and control of credit in customers. Experience with insurances companies is valued.
•    Education: Degree in Economy / Business Administration Management. 
•    Languages: English and Spanish.

•    Competencies: 
o    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o    Strong critical thinking, analytical and financial analysis skills.
o    Proactive, responsible.
o    Team player.
•    Specific Knowledge required: Power BI management and macro management in Excel.
