The Opportunity

Puig is an MNE structured in 3 divisions, Beauty&Fashion (including brands as Carolina Herrera, Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier etc), Charlotte Tilbury Division (luxury makeup brand) and Derma Division, (Apivita, Uriage and the joint venture in Isdin). We sell products in more than 150 countries and have presence in 30 countries approximately. 
The Corporate Tax Department at Headquarters is responsible for the Group Tax Strategy worldwide and needs to ensure all units are Tax-Compliant and no major risks are taken both on the daily transactions but also on any extraordinary events where the Group is involved (mergers, acquisitions, restructurings).
Her/his mission will be…to help the Corporate Tax Team on their tasks related to Corporate Income Tax, Tax Governance, Audits management, Value Added Tax and M&A transactions and implementation of New Tax Developments in multiple jurisdictions.
 

What you'll get to do

- Corporate Income Tax, 
a) Calculation of the Corporate Income Tax, 
b) Ensuring Tax Credits application 
c) Reporting at Group Level
d) Pillar2 and new developments 


- Others tasks include; 
a) International Taxation, Double Tax Treaties application, withholding taxes, corporate reorganization processes. 
    b) Provide support with the Tax Audits and different Tax Administration notifications. 
c) Value Added Tax, high-level perspective and strategy; Designing controls and checks to ensure compliance across the different jurisdictions, Pro-rrata criteria and optimization

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Experience: 2-4 years in a Tax Advisor Firm 
•    Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law or Economics, or Business Administration
•    Languages: Spanish and English high level is a must and French is recommended.
•    Competencies: End to End attitude, Curiosity, Team player, Proactive, Communication skills. 
•    Specific Knowledge required: Tax specific Programme (AGT, CEF or similar) and Microsoft Office are a must.
