The Opportunity

 

Contract duration: 1-year
 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Compliance Graduate.
This contract offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in supporting the Corporate Compliance Area in maintaining the company’s regulatory standards and promoting ethical practices within the organization.
 

 

 

What you'll get to do

  • Assist in the drafting, implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research and analysis on applicable regulations and standards.
  • Analyse compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to regulatory compliance.
  • Manage, maintain and organize compliance-related documentation, records and databases.
  • Assist in the organization of awareness and training initiatives and help manage communication channels on compliance standards.
  • Support in the various ongoing Compliance processes, projects and initiatives as needed.

What you’ll need:

  •  A bachelor’s degree, preferably (but not necessarily) in law, and/or familiarity with French/EU compliance and labour law.
  • Fluency in English and French, with Spanish being a desirable additional language.
  • To be comfortable working both independently, as part of a small team, and also as part of a matrix of stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyse information and organise it in texts, presentations, and other communication material.
  • The ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to work in Barcelona.
