The Opportunity

Support the Demand & Commercial Planning team in developing product forecasts, ensuring adequate availability, and contributing to the correct allocation of stock, aligning business objectives with customer needs. Participate in analytical projects and collaborate with areas such as Marketing and Sales to drive strategic initiatives.  

What you'll get to do

Demand Planning  
•    Collaborate in planning new launches together with Marketing and Sales, ensuring compliance with the schedule and budget.  
•    Support in defining units for promotional campaigns according to the preliminary Marketing plan.  
•    Contribute to sizing and planning by references of catalog and promotional product quantities.  
•    Incorporate inputs from Marketing and Sales into forecasting analyses.  
•    Analyze market trends, competition, and promotional mix to estimate impacts.  
•    Participate in planning support materials (testers, sampling, etc.).  
•    Provide support in monitoring KPIs and identifying risks and opportunities.  


Commercial Support  
•    Collaborate in managing launches: coordinating dates and quantities with the sales team.  
•    Support in defining quotas by area/client in promotional campaigns.  
•    Basic tracking of sales and quotas of priority clients.

 
Analytical Support  
•    Assist in preparing reports and analyses related to pricing, assortment, and commercial conditions.  
•    Participate in multidisciplinary projects (e.g.: ROI dashboards, sell-out analysis and optimization).  

We'd love to meet you if you have

Education:  
•    University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar.  
•    Master's degree or specialization in Supply Chain, or Data Analytics is a plus.  

Languages:  
•    Spanish: Advanced. English: Advanced  

Skills:  
•    Interest in data analysis and planning.  
•    Organizational skills and attention to detail.  
•    Ability to work in an efficient and resolutive manner.  
•    Proactivity and willingness to learn in dynamic environments.  
•    Good communication and teamwork skills.  
•    High level of Excel and Power BI
•    Knowledge of planning tools (JDA, IBP, Toolsgroup)
