The Opportunity
PUIG is looking for a customer-obsessed, creative and data-driven CRM Manager for its Global Consumer Engagement Team. Our ideal candidate has a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
This is a global role that will be an integral part of the overall strategic direct-to-consumer business, shaping how PUIG expands its footprint with consumers globally through our Brands & Markets.
What you'll get to do
• Lead the definition and execution of Puig’s global CRM strategy and vision, translating it into a clear roadmap with measurable goals and KPIs, with a strong focus on supporting our portfolio of brands in building valuable and lasting consumer relationships.
• Manage a holistic 360º view of the consumer journey, ensuring consistency and integration across all channels, platforms, and campaigns, tailored to our brand objectives and regional specificities.
• Partner with Brand teams to test, launch, and optimize omnichannel campaigns across the consumer lifecycle, leveraging multiple CRM channels including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and with a special focus on APAC-preferred platforms.
• Support Consumer Engagement strategic projects from a business perspective, coordinating all internal teams and a wide range of external agencies and providers to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand needs.
• Act as Business Owner of the CRM ecosystem, ensuring brand adoption and correct usage of key CRM platforms such as marketing automation tools, loyalty solutions, and clienteling systems, supported by robust training and enablement plans.
• Support brands to drive the strategic design, deployment, and continuous evolution of loyalty programs, ensuring alignment with consumer expectations, business goals, and market-specific trends.
• Monitor and analyze key consumer behavior and CRM campaign metrics (e.g., purchase patterns, demographics, engagement rates), transforming data into actionable insights to optimize strategies, improve performance, and support brand growth.
• Champion CRM excellence, bringing deep knowledge of CRM tools, best practices, and innovations in consumer engagement, while fostering continuous improvement and upskilling across the organization.
• Stay ahead of CRM and digital marketing trends, especially those relevant to global and APAC markets, and share insights to inspire innovation and maximize impact.
• Ensure full compliance with data protection and privacy regulations across all CRM activities, tools, and consumer touchpoints.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & CRM, ideally in a similar industry.
• Clear customer-centric vision & excellent project management skills. Process-focused approach to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience on Marketing Automation tools (preferably Bloomreach) and project management tools (ASANA, Jira).
• Analytical skills. Proven ability in synthesizing and analyzing data, to extract actionable consumer insights and turn them into successful marketing strategies
• Cross-functional collaboration. Strong team player with ability to build relationships with teammates in other functions or remote offices and leverage input from across the organization
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences
• Strong presentation-building, storytelling capabilities and excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Fluent English is essential (Spanish would be a big advantage)
